When to consider this normal:
- The flush runs for 30–90 seconds after shutdown and stops automatically.
- Drain flow is clear, with no unusual odor or discoloration.
- System pressure and conductivity readings return to baseline before the next startup.
- No fault alarms are logged in the HMI or PLC interface.
When to investigate further:
- Flush cycles repeat multiple times or run longer than 2 minutes.
- Drain water appears cloudy, discolored, or carries particulate matter.
- Conductivity or TDS readings remain elevated after flushing.
- System logs show repeated pressure alarms or valve actuation errors.
