What are the key conditions for integrating an RO+UF water treatment system with a fully automatic barrelled purified water filling line?

Direct integration of an RO+UF water treatment system with a fully automatic barrelled purified water filling line is technically feasible only when the treated water meets both purity and stability requirements for direct food-grade filling, and the production line is engineered as a unified turnkey system. At Chuxin Mingwei, this integration is standard in our Fully Automatic Bottled Purified Water Filling Production Line, which uses a dual-stage RO process—not RO+UF—for deep purification, combined with ozone and UV (254 nm) sterilization to ensure microbiological safety.

However, if your project specifically requires UF (ultrafiltration) post-RO—typically to address colloidal or organic load concerns—the system must be custom-engineered based on actual source water quality, target output standards, and compatibility with downstream filling hygiene. Key implementation conditions include: (1) verified feed water composition to size membranes correctly; (2) cleanroom environment meeting at least ISO Class 8 (100,000) during filling, supported by integrated air purification; and (3) synchronized control between treatment output and filling demand to avoid stagnation or pressure fluctuations.

Note that our standard purified water lines use dual-stage RO + UV/ozone, not RO+UF. UF is more common in spring water applications (e.g., our Bottled Spring Water Filling Production Line uses NF + UF to retain minerals while removing microbes). For barrelled purified water, RO alone typically suffices unless specific contaminants necessitate additional filtration.
