Before delivery of bottled water filling lines (e.g., 18.9 L spring or purified water systems), water treatment units, or ISO Class 8 clean air systems, your facility must confirm four operational readiness conditions: (1) Unloading access — a level, load-bearing concrete area (minimum 10 m × 4 m) with overhead crane or mobile crane access capable of lifting full skids (typically 3–6 tons); (2) Structural clearance — ceiling height ≥3.5 m and floor loading capacity verified for static weight of major units (e.g., purification skids, filler-capper frames, HEPA air handling units); (3) Utility readiness — stable 380 V/50 Hz power supply (≥63 A per major unit), oil-free compressed air at stable pressure (0.6–0.7 MPa range), and functional floor drainage with positive slope to prevent pooling near equipment foundations; (4) Pathway integrity — unobstructed, width- and height-clear route from unloading zone to final installation location, accounting for doorways, columns, and existing utilities.
