Chuxin Mingwei’s Clean Air Purification Systems are purpose-built for beverage production facilities — especially bottled and barrelled water zones, RO/UF water treatment rooms, laboratories, and other controlled industrial environments. Unlike off-the-shelf HVAC units, our systems are non-standard engineered solutions: airflow volume, filtration staging, duct layout, pressure differential control, and integration logic are all determined from on-site measurements, target ISO class requirements, and operational constraints.

Three-Stage Filtration Architecture
- Pre-filter (G4): Captures coarse dust, hair, and fibers (>5 μm).
- Middle filter (F8): Removes fine particulates (1–5 μm), including mold spores and pollen.
- HEPA filter (H13): Delivers ≥99.95% efficiency for particles ≥0.3 μm — meeting ISO Class 8 and upgradable to Class 7 (10,000).
- Optional: Activated carbon module for VOC and odor control in high-humidity or adjacent processing areas.
Intelligent Air Management
- Variable-frequency fan control for precise airflow (1,500–20,000 m³/h), adjustable per zone size (50–500 m²).
- Dual-mode operation: constant airflow or constant pressure differential — configurable via PLC + HMI touchscreen.
- Real-time monitoring of filter differential pressure, system faults, and airflow status — with visual alerts and maintenance prompts.
